HAMILTON, NY — Returning to the NIVC after reaching the championship match in the 2018 event, Tulane got off to a great start in moving past New Hampshire. The Green Wave (22-10) will play either Colgate or Boston College in Round 2, with the match set for Saturday at 5 p.m. ET. The Wildcats close their season at 17-10. Tulane got 13 kills from Lauryn Green and 11 kills by Yvette Burcescu. Kaylie McHugh added 12 digs. New Hampshire was paced by Kennedi Smith with 14 kills. Hannah Petke closed with 11 kills, while Logan Welti had 19 digs. |
